Conversations & human handoff
Review real conversations, understand context and give visitors a clear route to your team.
4 practical guidesLearn from what customers actually ask.
Retained conversations show the question, the response and the available context. Read them to find recurring gaps and identify whether the correction belongs in Knowledge, an integration or a human process. A positive-sounding reply and a resolved state are not proof that an external operation completed. For that, inspect the relevant Action result or business-system record.
Use the review guide for everyday quality checks, the context guide for relevance and languages, and the retention guide for content lifetime. Human handoff provides a separate route to your team with contact details and a summary; it is not a live operator takeover. Configure realistic response expectations and check actual delivery. Keep copies in business mailboxes under your own retention practices as well as reviewing service transcript expiry.
