Getting started
Activate your account, connect your first website and test the answers before launch.
4 practical guidesPrepare a launch you can check.
Begin with the account, the exact public website and the information customers need most. Activation gives you access to the workspace; connecting the domain establishes the website record; reviewing Knowledge gives the assistant something dependable to answer from. Those steps are related, but success at one does not prove that the others are complete.
Work through the overview first, then use the focused guides for activation, sign-in and private testing. Prepare a small set of real customer questions and identify their expected sources. Before launch, test the published installation on desktop and mobile. Keep private testing, live page awareness and authorized Actions as separate checks rather than treating one pleasing answer as proof of the entire service.
