Website widget
Install, configure and maintain the support experience on your website.
6 practical guidesInstall once, verify where it matters.
The widget connects a registered website to the support conversation. Its public identifier, installation token and allowed origin are associated with that website; they are not interchangeable with backend management or provider credentials. Choose one intended installation method and make sure the final public pages actually include it. A saved editor preview does not establish production coverage.
Begin with installation and domain binding, then review appearance, page context and browser continuity. Test important routes and mobile pages, not only the homepage. A greeting is not a charged customer conversation, and a stored conversation reference does not mean a new page load reconstructs the old visible transcript. When replacing or removing the integration, inspect published templates and caches so an obsolete copy is not left behind.

A visible launcher, detected script and source-backed answer are different acceptance checks.
