The workspace brings websites, sources, conversations and configuration together. Start by confirming which workspace and website you are working on, especially when the account supports multiple domains. A shared source can intentionally serve several websites, while installation credentials and private customer operations still need their own boundaries. Clear names and documented ownership make routine changes easier to review.

Use the overview guide to establish a regular review habit, then choose the website, team or appearance guide for the task in front of you. Grant access according to actual responsibilities and check invitation acceptance rather than assuming a copied link has been used. When retiring a website, clean up its public installation and review billing separately; archiving does not cancel the subscription or reverse counted usage.
